I think the Dry carpet cleaning method is so much better than the wet cleaning method. The carpet stays cleaner, for much longer and with 2 children and 4 cats, I am glad to be able to walk on it right away. The soil repellent works extremely well because when I vacuum, there is less dirt and dust in my vacuum cleaner for several weeks! Doing business with Customer's Choice has always been such a pleasure.

“You won’t find this kind of attention to detail, thoroughness and such a commitment to customer service in very many businesses! Prompt, hardworking and courteous don’t seem adequate enough to describe the single-minded approach “Customers Choice” has in their work. For these reasons, but many more, don’t even consider going to one of the “big name” corporate run services. The Laughinghouse family practices all of the small little things that consumers crave in a cleaning service. The carpet’s and area rugs’ look like new, and the whole house smells great!!

What a good experience it was to do business with such a first class company. First off, Deanna is awesome on the phone, its nice to talk to a real person rather than an answering machine. She was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all.
My carpet is almost white and I have had it steam cleaned by a pro, and I have rented a rug doctor and went over it and over it but neither one of us got the carpet cleaned.
I was very skeptical as to whether or not your dry clean process would or could clean my carpet. Since Deanna said that you would not charge me if you could not get it clean, I gave you a try.
I am so glad that I did! My carpet is clean FINALLY! My wife is happy which is passed my expectations.
Prompt, professional, courteous.. I cant say enough about this experience. If anyone wants a reference for your service, you just tell them to call me. I will be glad to tell them all this and more.

We called Customer's Choice after having a VERY bad experience with another local carpet cleaning company. When I called I spoke with Deanna who was so professional and reassured me that I would be happy with the results of my carpet cleaning. After our bad experience we were reluctant to use another company. Tommie came out and cleaned our carpets. I can not express how happy we are. My carpets are so clean and we are thrilled! I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful Company Customer's Choice is and how professional they are. I have never at anytime called for a service to be done at my home and they show up on time, BUT THEY WERE!!! It was so refreshing. I have used steam cleaning forever with no results at all, but man was this the ticket! I hope to give them a ton of business. They deserve it by all means. They are very good at what they do.
